Caravan Hire Terms

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VARY THE FOLLOWING IF CONDITIONS DEMAND

  1. A non refundable deposit of £100.00 per caravan per week or part week is required to confirm a booking. Full payment is required when the total amount is less than the required deposit. Reservations are made subject to pitch being vacant on receipt of your deposit.
  2. Balances to be paid by cheque 14 days prior to arrival, cash on day of arrival, or by credit or debit card at any time subject to a £2.00 transaction fee.
  3. Telephone reservations will be held for 7 days only, pending the receipt of your completed booking form and deposit (non-returnable).
  4. No Pets allowed in hire caravans.
  5. Bookings are not accepted from all-male or all-female groups or parties of young couples.
  6. Occupation is from 2pm on the day of arrival until 10 am on the day of departure.
  7. The number of persons occupying the accommodation must not exceed the number of persons on the reservation form.
  8. Breakages and damage must be reported immediately to reception and replaced or paid for.
  9. Hirers may entertain day guests subject to management approval and payment of visitors fee.
