Touring Caravan, Motor Home and Tents - Terms & Conditions
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VARY THE FOLLOWING IF CONDITIONS DEMAND
All users of the park must observe these conditions and regulations and any bye-laws applying to the park made by the local authority. Anyone in breach of any conditions may be asked to leave the park.
Families: Bookings can only be accepted for family parties or couples. We DO NOT ACCEPT same or majority gender parties.
Dogs: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised off the park. Dogs must not be left unattended at any time.
Pitches: We have a 7m maximum size limit on tent pitches with electric hook up. We recommend a 15m electric cable for electric hook up pitches. No size limit on non electric tent pitches. Super Pitches have a 26ft size limit. All maximum size limits are the caravan shipping length i.e. including tow bar. We do not accept awning annexes. Folding campers are classed as a Tent, NOT a Touring Caravan. Pup Tents include 2 under 14s (2 man tent only).
Payments: A non-refundable deposit of £60 per pitch per week or part week, or full payment when the total amount is less than the deposit required. Reservations are made subject to the site being available on receipt of your deposit. Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. No reminder will be sent for balance payment. Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival must be paid for in full. Bookings cancelled after this time will not be refunded. Debit and Credit Cards are free of charge. Cheques to be made payable to Jasmine Caravan Park.
Covid-19: For bookings made on or after 26th May 2020, if your stay with us is affected by government guidelines and/or restrictions, you will receive a credit voucher for the total value of monies paid to date. The voucher will be valid on stays up to 7th November 2021.
Arrival/Departure: Pitches are available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Please notify in advance of any arrival after 6pm or a later date. We reserve the right to relet the pitch if not informed. On departure, site to be vacated by 11am unless alternative arrangements have been authorised in Reception.
Vehicles: Dropside Commercial Vehicles, Motorcycles and Scooters are not allowed on the caravan park at any time. The speed limit is 5mph. Uninsured, banned and learner drivers are not allowed to drive on the park. Bikes must not be ridden around cars, caravans or toilet blocks.
Waste and rubbish: Wipes, sanitary-wear, nappies and cloths of any kind must not be flushed down the toilets but wrapped and placed in the bin provided. They block our sewage pumps - not pleasant! Only empty chemical toilets at the Elsan point. Empty waste water down designated drains. Use recycling bins for glass, newspapers and cans. Wrap household waste and put in wheelie bins. Please do not drop litter.
Visitors and Security: All guests/visitors are requested to report to reception on arrival and pay the appropriate fee.Children under 6 years old must be accompanied when using toilet block facilities. Be aware of where your children are and what they are doing. The toilet block and other occupied pitches are not play areas.
Ball Games: Ball games are only allowed in the designated area provided, not on the park.
Noise: Please consider others at all times and keep radios, televisions, barking dogs, etc turned down.
Groundsheets: Depending on ground conditions and your length of stay, you may be asked to lift your groundsheet to help preserve the grass for subsequent visitors.
BBQs: Raised barbecues are allowed if kept away from the trees and do not encroach onto an adjacent pitch.
Smoking: There is a no-smoking policy in all Park-owned buildings.

Jasmine Caravan Park Ltd will not accept responsibility for any matter of which you were aware and did not bring to our attention during your holiday.
Force Majuere: Jasmine Caravan Park Ltd are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event they are prevented from fulfilling your Booking as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events ("Force Majeure"). We recommend that customers take out their own travel insurance.
